Cancellations
We ask that you give us 24 hours notice if you cannot make an appointment so that there's enough time for someone else to book it. Appointments cancelled with less than 12 hours notice will be charged 100% of the service.
No Shows
Failing to turn up to your appointment will result in 100% charge of the service you missed.
Any future payments will be rejected until full payment has been made
